游离第2跖趾关节带趾蹼皮瓣修复掌指关节复合指蹼缺损

Free second metatarsophalangeal joint webbeb toe flap to repair metacarpophalangel joint combined with digital web space defect

目的探讨第2跖趾关节带趾蹼皮瓣移植修复掌指关节复合指蹼皮肤缺损的方法及临床疗效。方法2010—2013年应用游离的第2跖趾关节复合趾伸肌腱、趾蹼皮瓣的组织瓣，通过关节重建、皮瓣移植修复掌指关节复合指蹼缺损5例。结果5例皮瓣全部成活，未出现血管危象。随访时间10~24个月，关节功能恢复较满意，皮瓣两点辨别觉4～7mm，关节活动度：背伸0°~10°，掌曲60°～90°。结论带趾蹼皮瓣的跖趾关节移植是修复掌指关节复合指蹼缺损较为有效的方法。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of the second metatsophalangeal joint with webbed toe flap for repairing the metacarpophalangeal joint composite digital web space skin defect. Methods Five cases with metacarpophalangeal joint combined with digital web space defect were repaired by free second toe metatarsophalangeal joint combined with extensor tendon, toe web flap composite tissue flap reconstruction. Results Five cases survived,vascular crisis did not appear. Followed-up time for 10-24 months, more satisfactory resdon of joint function, flexion and extension function were well. Conclusion Flap with webbed toe metatarsophalangeal joint transplant is a more effective way to repair the metacarpphalangeal joint combined with digital web space defect.
