石家庄市男男性接触者同性固定性伴保持时间影响因素

Influencing factors analysis of holding time with regular sex partners among men who have sex with men in Shijiazhuang

目的探讨石家庄市男男性接触者同性固定性伴的维持时间及影响因素,为科学制定艾滋病预防控制措施提供依据。方法通过"滚雪球"、网络发布信息、艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊招募MSM对象,采用面对面调查方式收集信息。结果 434例MSM进行有效问卷调查,其中HIV阳性49例,阳性检出率为11.29%。294例(67.74%)曾经有过同性固定性伴。拥有同性固定性伴数最多的为15个,最少的为1个,中位数为1个(25%分位数为1个,75%分位数为2个)。与同一名同性固定性伴保持时间最长的为168个月,最短的为3个月,中位数为13.5个月(25%分位数为6.75个月,75%分位数为24个月)。多因素结果显示,是否与网友见面、首次同性性行为至今时间、性角色、是否接受过艾滋病咨询检测是固定性伴保持时间的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 MSM固定性伴保持时间较短,尽早开展对MSM的艾滋病宣传教育,特别是上网者的宣传教育,对于增强MSM固定性伴关系的稳定,降低HIV感染有积极作用。

Objective To investigate holding time and its influencing factors of regular sex partners among men whohave sex with men in Shijiazhuang, so as to provide evidence for policy on HIV prevention and control. Methods MSM wererecruited through＂snowball＂, internet and Voluntary Counseling and Testing（VCT）sampling, and information was collected byface-to-face questionnaire survey. Results A total of 434 cases of MSM were recruited and surveyed, of which 49 were HIV-positive, with the positive rate of 11.29%, and 294（67.74%）cases had regular sex partners. Number of regular sex partnersvaried from 1 to 15, and the median was 1（25% percentile was 1 and 75% percentile was 2）. Holding time with the sameregular sex partner was from 3 months to 168 months, and the median was 13.5 months（25% percentile was 6.75 months and75% percentile was 24 months）. Multivariate factor analysis showed that whether to meet with net friends, the time since thefirst sexual behavior with men, sex role, ever receiving counseling and testing were the factors affecting holding time（P〈0.05）.Conclusion MSM have a short holding time with regular sex partners.Carrying out VCT on MSM, particularly on internetusers as early as possible will have a positive effect on the enhancement of the stability of MSM regular partner relationshipsand reduce the HIV infection.
