Investigation and disposal on the case of multi victim bitted by one dog

目的了解济宁市一狂犬病犬咬伤多人事件处置效果,为今后狂犬病防控工作提供依据。方法对一起狂犬病犬咬伤16人事件进行现场流行病学调查,对暴露人群进行规范处置;采集伤人犬脑组织进行狂犬病病毒核酸检测。结果伤人犬脑组织狂犬病病毒核酸检测阳性,16名暴露者经规范处置、随访6个月身体健康,未发生狂犬病病例。结论一犬伤多人事件狂犬病发病风险高,暴露后规范处置至关重要。

Objective To understand disposition effect cases with multi-victims bitten by one dog in jining city,and to provide evidences for rabies prevention and control. Methods A survey of 16 in the cases with multi-victims bitten by one dog,exposed persons were handling standardly. Brain of the dog was detected by RT-PCR method. Results Brain of the dog was tested rabies virus positive,16 exposed persons were handling standardly,followed for more than six months,no cases of rabies have been reported. Conclusions The exposed persons involved in the cases of multi-victims bitten by one dog with higher risk,the treatment and investigation on the exposed persons would be the key factors to reduce the risk of the rabies.
