菏泽市2012-2014年15岁以下人群急性感染性多发性

Surveillance on guillain-Barre syndrome cases under the age of 15 from 2012 to 2014 in Heze city

目的对菏泽市2012-2014年15岁以下人群急性感染性多发性神经根炎(Guillain-Barre Syndrome,GBS)监测情况进行分析研究,初步评价该市15岁以下人群GBS报告、监测和临床诊治工作进展,掌握GBS发病流行状况及规律,为保持无脊灰状态和GBS诊治提供科学依据。方法根据网络直报系统资料、个案调查资料、临床检查、诊断资料与实验室病毒检测结果进行分析研究。结果 2012-2014年菏泽市共报告15岁以下GBS病例22例,年平均报告发病率为0.42/10万。分布于9县区的22个乡镇(办事处)的22个行政村(社区),高度散发。48 h及时调查率100.00%,合格标本采集率100.00%。未检测到脊灰野毒株,1例检测到I型脊灰疫苗病毒,I型脊灰疫苗病毒分离率为4.55%;未检测到脊灰疫苗衍生病毒与脊灰疫苗高变异病毒。COX.ECHO、EV 71等非脊灰肠道病毒分离率为9.09%。结论菏泽市15岁以下人群GBS报告、监测和诊治工作取得了很大进展,但仍存在不足之处。建议应继续加强15岁以下人群GBS报告、监测和诊治工作。

Objective To analysis the surveillance situation of guillain-Barre syndrome under the age of 15 during 2012 to 2014 in Heze city. Preliminary evaluating the work progress of case reports and clinical diagnosis and treatment of guillain-Barre syndrome cases under the age of 15 of Heze city,and mastering epidemic status and law of guillain-Barre syndrome. Providing scientific basis for maintaining polio-free status and treatment of guillain-Barre syndrome cases. Methods The analysis is based on direct reporting network system of AFP cases,epidemiological survey,clinical diagnosis and laboratory virus separation results. Results Total of22 guillain-Barre syndrome cases under the age of 15 were reported during 2012 to 2014 in Heze city. The average incidence of guillain-Barre syndrome cases under the age of 15 during 2012 to 2014 was 0. 42 /100000. 22 guillain-Barre syndrome cases were distributed in 22 administrative villages of 22 towns among 9counties in Heze city,and showed highly distributed state. Timely investigation rate in 48 hours of guillain-Barre syndrome cases under the age of 15 was 100. 00%,and the adequate collected rate of stool specimen was 100. 00%. Haven＇t isolated wild polio virus,polio vaccine-derived virus and polio vaccine variation virus. One case of polio vaccine virus was isolated and isolating rate of polio vaccine virus was 4. 55%. The isolating rate of COX. ECHO,EV71 etc non-polio enteroviruses was 9. 09%. Conclusions Work of case reports and clinical diagnosis and treatment of guillain-Barre syndrome cases under the age of 15 of Heze city has made a great progress,but still has shortcomings. Case reports and clinical diagnosis and treatment of guillain-Barre syndrome cases under the age of 15 of Heze city still should be strengthened.
