中美合作慢性病队列研究项目管理经验探讨

Experience of project management of Sino-US cooperative chronic disease cohort study

项目管理对于公共卫生项目成功与否至关重要。文章以中美合作的一项慢性病队列研究项目为例,探讨在中外合作慢性病研究项目中的管理问题。首先对项目目的、实施内容、具体方法与特点进行概括介绍;然后分析总结了项目管理的5条成功经验:目标清晰合理、资源保障有力、实施单位执行力强、沟通良好有效、质控措施严格,并提出3条建议:稳定工作团队、完善合作机制、建立项目管理信息系统。

Project management is vital to the success of public health programs. The article took a case study of Chineseand American cooperation in management of chronic diseases for example, explored the management of chronic diseaseresearch projects of Sino foreign cooperation. The objective of the project, the implementation of content, specific methodsand characteristics of the project were generally introduced. The five successful experiences of project management wereanalyzed, such as： the goal is clear and reasonable, the resources guarantee is powerful, strong executive ability, goodcommunication, strict quality control measures. Three suggestions were put forward, including strengthening working team,perfecting cooperation mechanism, establishing information system of project management.
