摘要
生长曲线的分析与拟合是研究动物生长发育规律的主要方法之一,本文利用Bertanlanffy模型对6种SPF级、960只大小鼠的生长曲线进行了分析与拟合,结果表明,Bertanlanffy模型比较适合模拟动物生长,R2>0.948,小鼠的相对生长速率和绝对生长率都处于下降趋势;大鼠的相对生长率呈现下降趋势,而绝对生长速率达到高峰后呈现下降趋势。它在科学研究中可用于生长速率的预测和生产过程中的遗传分析,也可以为实验动物的标准化提供基础数据。
Analysis and fitting of the growth curve was important when the regular pattern of growth and development was studied. The growth curve of 960 rats and mice of six species was analyzed with the help of the Bertanlanffy model. The results showed that Bertanlanffy model was more suitable for simulating animal growth( R2 〉0. 948).The relative growth rate and the absolute growth rate of mice were in decline,and the relative growth rate of rats showed a downward trend,while the absolute growth rate reached a peak after the decline. Bertanlanffy model has been widely used in research for prediction of growth rate and genetic analysis of growth process,and can also provide the basic data for the standardization of laboratory animals.
