摘要
目的探讨简便易行的人脑膜瘤动物模型制作方法。方法合理控制操作方式,把控实验条件,使用注射器在裸鼠颈背部注射人脑膜瘤组织碎块,绘制肿瘤生长曲线,行病理学检查验证脑膜瘤组织学特征。结果首代移植成功率为78%,传代移植成功率为100%,且首代移植瘤及传代移植瘤均与瘤体来源患者的脑膜瘤组织学类型一致。结论本实验控制条件下的皮下接种脑膜瘤组织块法是制作人脑膜瘤动物模型的理想方法。
Objective To explore a simple establishment method of animal model of human meningioma. Method Under the strict experimental conditions,the fragments of human meningioma tissue were implanted subcutaneously into nude mice. The tumor growth curve was drawn and pathological examination was done to verify the pathological features of the transplanted tumor. Result The success rate of primary transplant was 78%,and the success rate of the expend transplant between nude mice was 100%. The morphology of all transplanted tumor was consistent with original human meningioma. Conclusion Implanting the fragments of human meningioma tissue subcutaneously into nude mice is an ideal method to produce meningioma animal model.
