摘要
目的观察维生素A对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛纤维增生的影响。方法维生素A补充2周后,将GK大鼠胰腺石蜡切片行HE和Masson染色,观察胰岛纤维化区域变化。结果补充维生素A组GK(Goto-Kakizaki)大鼠胰岛纤维增生区域明显减少。结论外源性给予维生素A能显著减少T2DM胰岛纤维增生。
Objective To observe the effect of Vitamin A on the islet fibrosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM）animal model of GK（ Goto-Kakizaki） rat. Method After administration of Vitamin A for 2 weeks; and the changes of islet fibrotic area were recorded. 5 μm serial paraffin sections of 4 months old GK rat pancreas were obtained and stained by HE and Masson staining. Result Masson staining showed that the area of islet fibrosis staining in GK rats were significantly decreased after administration of Vitamin A compared with control group（ 44. 46 ± 16. 98 vs. 60. 22 ± 31. 47 μm2）. Conclusion Our study indicated that Vitamin A could significantly decrease islet fibrosis in GK rat.
