PNL2在皮肤黑素瘤的表达及与预后的相关性

The expression of PNL2 and the correlation with prognosis of melanoma

目的:检测PNL2在皮肤黑素瘤中的阳性表达率,明确其与预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测PNL2在60例皮肤黑素瘤石蜡包埋组织切片中的表达,并分析PNL2在不同年龄、性别、民族、发病部位、淋巴结转移、Clark分级、浸润深度及预后的相关性。结果:PNL2在皮肤黑素瘤中的阳性表达率为90%,与淋巴结转移、Clark分级、浸润深度及预后密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、民族、发病部位不相关(P>0.05)。结论:PNL2与皮肤黑素瘤的病情发展及预后具有相关性。

Objective： To detect the expression of PNL2 in cutaneous malignant melanoma（ MM） and to determine the relationship with the disease progression and prognosis. Methods： The expression of PNL2 in paraffin- embedded tissue samples from 60 cases of MM was detected with immunohistochemistry. The correlation between PNL2 expression and age,gender,ethnicity,pathogenic site,lymph node metastasis,Clark grade,infiltration and prognosis was analyzed. Results： The positivity rate of PNL2 was 90% in melanoma tissue. The PNL2 expression was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,Clark grade,depth of invasion and prognosis（ P〈0. 05）,but uncorrelated with age,gender,ethnicity and pathogenic site（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion： PNL2 is correlated with the disease progression and prognosis in cutaneous MM.
