摘要
本文回顾性分析37例乳房外Paget病患者的临床和组织病理学资料,其中男35例,女2例;平均年龄(70±7.96)岁。外阴及阴囊32例,肛周和阴唇各2例,腹股沟1例。均表现为界清的红斑,表面有渗出、糜烂和结痂。皮损组织病理可见典型的散在或成巢分布的Paget细胞。伴发汗腺癌2例。
The clinicopathological data of thrity- seven patients（ 2 females and 35 males） with extramammary Paget＇s disease（ EMPD） were respectively reviewed. Of the 37 patients,the average age was 70 ±7. 96 years. The tumor was located in scrotum and vulva in 32 patients,perianal in 2,labium in 2 and groin in 1. Clinical manifestation was demarcated erythema with exudation,erosion and crusting. Biopsy showed typical Paget cells in all patients. Two patients were complicated with sweat gland carcinoma.
