摘要
流式细胞术是一种在功能水平上对单细胞或其他生物粒子进行定量分析和分选的检测手段,可以高速分析上万个细胞,并能同时从一个细胞中测得多个参数。本文就流式细胞术在银屑病研究中的最新进展进行综述。
Flow cytometry（ FCM） is a detection method which can quantitatively analyze separate single cells or other biological particles at the functional level. FCM can analyze thousands of cells rapidly and get multiple parameters from one cell. The progress of FCM application in psoriasis research is reviewed in this article.
