摘要
患者,女,17岁。双手背色素沉着斑6~7年,日晒后加重。无长期服药及家族史。诊断：网状肢端色素沉着。本病尚无特效治疗。
A 17- year- old female presented with hyperpigmented macules on the dorsa of hands for 6 to 7years. Sun exposure can aggravate the lesion. There is no history of long- term medication and family disease. The diagnosis of reticulate acropigmentation was made. There is no effective treatment for the disease.
