团以下干部血脂异常规范化健康管理的临床对照研究

Clinical control of standardized management plan for dyslipidemia in cadres

目的探讨适合于部队团以下干部的血脂异常规范化健康管理方案,并评价其临床效果。方法选取体系部队团以下干部体检发现血脂异常的患者333例,随机分为研究组(168例)和观察组(165例),研究组给予6个月的规范化健康管理,对照组采取一般宣传教育。结果实施规范化健康管理后,研究组患者生活方式改善,血脂达标率升高,服务满意度高,明显优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论规范化健康管理可在部队团以下干部血脂异常防治中发挥重要作用。

Objective To study the standardized management plan for dyslipidemia in cadres and to evaluate the effectiveness. Methods Totally 333 cadres suffered from dyslipidemia were selected in this study, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group. One hundred and sixty-eight patients in the study group were given standardized management plan for 6 months. While, 165 patients in the control group were just given health education. Results After 6 months intervention, the chan- ging rate of unhealthy lifestyles in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the attainment rate of the standard for lipid lowing treatment and service satlsfaction in the study group were both improved. Conclusion Standardized management plan played an important role for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in cadres.
