摘要
选择性催化还原(SCR)法是目前燃煤电厂常用的烟气脱硝技术,火电厂加装SCR装置后易出现空气预热器(空预器)腐蚀和堵塞问题。结合某电厂脱硝运行实际案例,简述硫酸氢铵的生成机理,指出硫酸氢铵是引起空预器低温端腐蚀的诱因,探讨烟气脱硝运行过程中造成空预器腐蚀的影响因素,并在分析原因的基础上给出相应的对策,进而为同类机组脱硝的稳定运行提供参考。
Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) method is commonly used in coal-fired power plant flue gas denitrification technology. After the installation of SCR equipment in thermal power plants, air preheater is prone to corrosion and plugging problems. Combined with the actual case of a power plant running, the paper described the mechanism of ammonium bisulfate formation, which noted that ammonium bisulfate is the incentive to cause corrosion of the cold end air preheater, and explored the impact factors of causing the air preheater corrosion during flue gas denitrification process is running, and gave the appropriate countermeasures based on the analysis of the reasons, and then provided a reference for the stable operation of NOX similar units.
