摘要
通过对KDS-5000/±40整流电源在电镀铬生产中9个故障实例的分析,说明了整流电源晶闸管击穿故障的分析处理方法。提出了从冷却、选型、安装、维护、交流电源环境等5个方面区分处理故障的经验,指出了15个防止故障的技术要点。
Some countermeasures for breakdown of thyristor were presented based on the analysis of nine failure cases of a KDS-5000/±40 rectifier during chromium electroplating production. It is suggested that the causes of failures should be analyzed from five aspects, i.e. cooling, model selection, installation, maintenance, and environment of alternating current power supply. Fifteen key technical points were presented to prevent breakdowns.
