摘要
目的:评价新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体改性光固化树脂和传统复合树脂充填体边缘的微渗漏情况。方法:选取新鲜拔除的前磨牙40个,分别在每个牙的颊侧制备牙颈部洞后,将其随机分为2组(n=20),并分别用新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体改性光固化树脂和传统复合树脂进行充填。充填后分别经冷热循环、氨化硝酸银染色、颊舌向切片后,在体视显微镜下观察其染料的渗透情况。结果:新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体改性树脂充填组牙合壁和龈壁的微渗漏程度均显著低于传统复合树脂充填组(P<0.05)。结论:新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体改性树脂可减小树脂充填体和牙体之间的边缘微渗漏。
AIM: To evaluate the microleakage of a traditional methacrylate resin composite and a light curing composite resin incorporated with a novel monovinyl acrylates monomer. METHODS: Class Ⅴ cavity was prepared on the surface of 40 freshly extracted human premolars. The teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups( n = 20)and were filled with light curing composite resin incorporated with a novel monovinyl acrylates monomer( group A) and traditional methacrylate resin composite respectively( group B). After thermocycling,all teeth were immersed into ammoniacal silver nitrate solution. Each sample was then sectioned longitudinally into pieces in a buccal- linguall direction. Dye penetrations were examined under stereomicroscope. RESULTS: The microleakage of gingival wall and occlusal wall of group A was less than that of group B( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION: The light curing composite resin incorporated with the novel monovinyl acrylates monomer can reduce marginal microleakage.
