唐山市6~9岁儿童第一磨牙萌出及患龋情况调查

Investigation of tooth eruption and caries status of the first permanent molar of 6- 9 year old children in Tangshan City

目的：调查唐山市6-9岁儿童第一磨牙萌出及患龋情况。方法：随机抽取唐山市区25所学校2 218名儿童,应用WHO和中国第三次全国口腔健康调查方案调查该人群第一磨牙患龋率、龋均、龋面均、萌出率、窝沟封闭率、龋病的好发牙位及牙面,并进行统计学分析。结果：第一磨牙总萌出率为77.91%,总患龋率40.71%,龋均1.10±1.39,龋面均1.47±1.70,患龋率随年龄增长而上升;7、9岁组患龋率女生高于男生;萌出率随年龄增长而上升;各年龄组下颌第一磨牙萌出率、患龋率均高于上颌（P〈0.05）。总窝沟封闭率为2.34%,7岁组男、女间窝沟封闭率差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：唐山市6-9岁儿童第一磨牙患龋呈上升趋势,窝沟封闭率较低,建议7岁为唐山市开展集体窝沟封闭的最适年龄。

AIM： To investigate the eruption and caries status of first permanent molar（ FPM） in the children aged 6- 9 years in Tangshan. METHODS： 2218 children aged 6- 9 years were randomly selected from 25 schools in Tangshan. Eruption and caries status of the FPM were examined according to the Guideline for the 3rd National Oral Health Survey of China and the WHO criteria. Caries prevalence rate,mean DMFT,mean DMFS,the eruption rate of the FPM,the pit- and- fissure sealing rate and predilection site were recorded. RESULTS： The prevalence rate of the FPM caries was 40. 71%; the mean DMFT was 1. 10 ± 1. 39; the mean DMFS was 1. 47 ± 1. 70.Caries increased with the increase of age. Female showed a slightly higher prevalence of caries than male in age groups of 7 and 9 years. Mandibular FPM showed a higher prevalence of caries than maxillary FPM（ P〈0. 05）. The eruption rate of the FPM was 77. 91%. Eruption rate increased with the increase of age. Mandibular FPM showed a higher prevalence of eruption and caries than maxillary FPM（ P〈0. 05）. The pit- and- fissure sealing rate was 2. 34%,in T-year groups in the males and females were 0. 57% and 2. 57% respectively（ P〈0. 05）. Mandibular FPM was predilection site of caries. Caries was more likely to happen on occlusal and palatal surfaces in maxilla,and occlusal and buccal surfaces in mandible. CONCLUSION： Caries incidence of FPM in 6- 9 year old children in Tangshan is serious and has an increasing tendency with the increase of age. 7- year is the appropriate age of pit and fissure sealing.
