摘要
目的:探讨循证医学(EBM)思维结合案例教学法(CBL)在口腔综合科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在口腔综合科进行临床实习的2008级五年制本科生共30人,随机分为2组(n=15)。实验组采用EBM结合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。实习结束后通过考试成绩和问卷调查评价两组教学效果。结果:实验组学生病例分析成绩和总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生对EBM结合CBL教学模式的评价显著高于对照组学生对传统教学法的评价(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔综合科临床实习阶段开展EBM结合CBL的教学模式能提高临床实习质量。
AIM: To evaluate the teaching effect of the combination of evidence-based medicine thinking( EBM) and case-based learning( CBL) in clinical practice teaching of General Dentistry. METHODS: 30 clinical trainees in General Dentistry from the five- year undergraduates were randomly selected and divided into EBM + CBL group and conventional teaching group( n = 15). The teaching effect was evaluated by examination results and questionnaire. RESULTS: The examination scores of EBM + CBL group significantly exceeded those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Questionnaire results showed that students in EBM + CBL group was significantly more satisfied with the teaching method than those in control group( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION: The combination of EBM and CBL in clinical practice of General Dentistry can improve the quality of clinical practice.
