Digital conversion of the cyber physical systems （CPS）, the backbone of Industry 4. 0, has influenced the daily life, the production concept and the economic development of the enterprise. By means of information technology, many products or production can be improved through designing, such as cell phones, watches, glasses, rings, etc. ; and they all have the potential of digital conversion, which can create more information manufacturing. There are many stages of entrepreneurship; and all stages need different guidance. It comes from an idea; and then through screening and optimizing commercial success is finally achieved. Grasping the digital conversion will better respond to future changes in the manufacturing industry.
