乡村英语教师跨文化意识现状分析及对策研究——以广元市农村中学为例 被引量:2

摘要 英语教师跨文化意识既是指英语教师自身对不同文化的敏感度和洞察力以及适应性,也是指英语教师在跨文化教学过程中运用有效策略有意识、有目的地培养学生的跨文化意识。本文以广元市农村中学英语教师为研究对象,通过问卷、文化测试及访谈等方式分析目前农村中学英语教师跨文化意识存在的主要问题。从英语教师个体因素和外部环境两大方面出发提出跨文化意识培养的四个有效策略,即动机培养策略、知识对比与渗透策略、技能强化策略以及政策引导策略,以期有助于农村中学英语教师跨文化意识的提高。 English Teachers intercultural awareness means not only the English Teachers sensitivity and insightinto different cultures and adaptability but also their cultivating studentsjintercultural awareness consciously in the process of effective intercultural teaching. This paper selects two hundred English teachers in the rural middle schools of Guangyuan City as the study objects, and makes use of test, questionnaire and interview to collect the data and find out the underlying problems about the English Teachers intercultural awareness in rural middle schools. At last, the paper puts forward four effective cultivation strategies: motivation, knowledge comparison and transmission, skills development, and policy instruction.
