突发事件会导致电网的生产经营遭受重大影响,电网企业应急指挥中心在应对突发事件过程中为确保电网安全稳定运行发挥了重大作用。应急指挥中心的功能在于体现应急保障能力,其使用频次相对较低。文章从应急指挥中心各系统的功能出发,提出了其与其他场所协同化设计的可能性。在充分比较不同功能实体的相似性和差异性后,结合各地实际需求情况,提出了协同化设计中需要重点关注的问题以及相应的解决方案,通过功能归并充分体现价值工程的观点,提高应急指挥中心的利用率。

Sudden incident will cause the production and operation of the power grid suffered a major impact, the power grid enterprise emergency command center plays an important role in response to emergencies to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The function of the emergency command center is refl ected in the ability of emergency support, its use frequency is relatively low. From the function of the emergency command center, the paper proposes a collaborative design scheme for the emergency command center. After comparing the similarity and difference of different functional entities, the problem and the corresponding solutions are presented. Through the function merge, the value engineering is fully embodied, and the utilization rate of the emergency command center is improved.
