An SWOT Analysis on Adult Education transformational Development of Newly-established local universities——A Case Study of Baoshan University

新建本科院校在成人教育方面既有优势也有劣势,既面临难得的机遇,也面临巨大的挑战。如何抢抓机遇、扬长避短,趋利避害,实现跨越发展是大家共同面对的课题。以保山学院为例,在分析成人教育转型发展的优势与劣势,机遇与挑战的基础上,提出了保山学院成人教育转型的对策,以期引发更深入的思考和拓展研究。

There are both advantages and disadvantages for newly-established local universities in adult education, which means they are faced with opportunities and challenges. It is a common task for many universities to make use of the opportunities while avoid the negative impacts.This article proposes a few suggestions on adult education transformational development through making a careful analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Baoshan University.
