摘要
2015年7月30日,西南大学缙云论坛的人文学者们齐聚保山,举行"缙云论坛·保山篇"专题学术交流和调研活动。学者们聚焦经济社会发展中的重大理论和现实问题,集中对保山经济社会发展、边境山区反贫困、边境地区安全、新型城镇化建设、农村土地流转与农业现代化建设、边境地区生态文明建设等问题进行了研讨,有宏观的全国视野,还有微观的区域问题,取得了初步研究成果。现对与会专家的主要观点和需进一步研究探索的问题加以整理,以期更好地发挥缙云论坛的智库作用。
On July 30, 2015, Scholars of from the Southwest University are gathering at Baoshan University to hold the ＂Jinyun Forum-Baoshan＂. This is the first time for the forum to be held in Baoshan. At the forum, the scholars discussed the major theoretical and realistic issues concerning the social and economic development in Baoshan such as anti-poverty in mountainous areas, border security, new urbanization, rural land transfer, agriculture modernization, ecological culture construction in border areas, and so on. This paper summarizes the main views of the experts so as to better give play to the role of the forum.
