摘要
目的探讨不同浓度的砷溶液对三七种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为系统研究砷对三七毒性奠定基础。方法采用4个不同浓度砷溶液进行室内发芽试验,测定各组的发芽及生长指标,并分析处理组与对照组之间的差异。结果砷对三七种子萌发存在抑制作用,表现为降低种子萌发率以及延长发芽日数,且砷在萌发前期对三七种子发芽的抑制强于萌发后期。同时,砷对三七幼苗生长存在抑制作用,对苗高、地上下部干重表现为低浓度促进高浓度抑制的浓度效应,对根长、活力指数表现为随浓度增高抑制增强的浓度效应。结论砷对三七种子萌发及幼苗生长都存在抑制作用,幼苗生长阶段受到的抑制作用强于种子萌发阶段。
Objective Research the effects of arsenic on seed germination and seedling growth of Panax notoginseng and lay foundations for systematic study of arsenic toxicity on P. notoginseng. Methods Used 4 different concentrations of arsenic solution to conduct indoor germination experiment, determined the seed germination and seeding growth indexes, and analyzed the difference between the experimental group and the control group. Results Arsenic had inhibitory effect on seed germination of P. notoginseng, which manifested as reduce the germination rate and prolong the mean germination time, and the inhibiting effect on germination rate at early germination stage was stronger than that at latter germination stage. Arsenic had inhibitory effect on seedling growth of P. notoginseng. The results showed that the low concentration arsenic solution had promoting effect and the high concentration presented inhibiting effect on seedling height and shoot and root dry weight, and with the increasing concentration, the inhibiting effect on the vigor index and root length was strengthened. Conclusion Arsenic has inhibitory effect both on seed germination and seedling growth of P. notoginseng, and the inhibitory effect on seedlings growth stage was stronger than seedling growth stage.
