摘要
目的考察胃苏颗粒流化床制粒工艺的可行性。方法以颗粒得率、水分和生产效率的综合评分为指标,采用正交试验对影响流化床制粒过程的因素进行优化,并与湿法制粒方式进行比较。结果流化床制粒优选的工艺为:浸膏相对密度1.15、进风温度45~50℃、雾化压力1.0 bar、料液流量15ml·min^(-1);与湿法制粒相比,流化床制粒可提高产品质量。结论胃苏颗粒流化床制粒的工艺可行,可为大工业生产提供依据。
Objective Study the feasibility of fluidized bed granulation process of Weisu granule. Methods Use the composite score of yield, water content, and efficiency as target and apply orthogonal test to optimize the facts which can affect fluidized bed granulation process. Then compare this method with wet granulation. Results The optimal process of fluidized bed granulation is that 1.15 of relative density of extract, 45 ~ 50℃ of inlet air temperature, 1.0 bar of atomization pressure, and 15 ml·min^(-1) of feed liquid flow. Compared with wet granulation, fluidized bed granulation can improve the product quality. Conclusion The application of fluidized bed granulation process can provide basis for massive industrial production.
