黄连温胆汤加减对代谢综合征患者血小板参数的影响

Influence of Huanglianwendan Decoction on Platelet Parameters of Metabolic Syndrome Patients

目的观察黄连温胆汤加减对代谢综合征(MS)患者血小板参数的影响。方法选择符合纳入标准的患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组予黄连温胆汤加减口服,分别比较治疗前后治疗组和对照组血小板计数(PLT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、大型血小板比率(P-LCR),观察治疗前后血小板参数的变化。结果治疗前治疗组与对照组血小板参数无差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组PLT高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组PDW、MPV、P-LCR低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论黄连温胆汤加减能对MS患者的血小板参数产生影响。

Objective To observe the influence of Huanglianwendan Decoction on platelet parameters of metabolic syndrome patients. Methods Eighty patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The forty patients in the treatment group were given standardized treatment with Huanglianwendan Decoction combined with WM. The platelet count（PLT）, the platelet distribution width（PDW）, the mean platelet volume（MPV）, the platelet-large cell rate（P-LCR） were compared between the treatment group and the control group to observe the changes of platelet parameters. Results There was no difference about platelet parameters between the treatment group and the control group（P 〉0.05）, after the treatment the PLT of the treatment group was higher than the control group, there was difference between the（P 〈0.05）, the PDW, MPV, P-LCR of the treatment group were lower than the control group, there were differences between them（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Huanglianwendan Decoction could influence on the platelet parameters of metabolic syndrome patients.
