摘要 随着相关技术的不断发展,数控加工已经成为未来工业生产的主要模式。为此,如何提高数控加工的精度成为了社会的关注重点。基于上述背景,本文以数控超精密加工为核心对象,对比研究不同精度控制模式的优劣,并对其未来发展进行展望,旨在为后续的工艺优化与超精密加工设备升级提供必要的理论指导。 With the continuous development of related technology, NC machining has become the main mode of industrial production in the future. Therefore, how to improve the accuracy of the numerical control processing has become the focus of the society. Based on the above background, this paper takes the numerical control ultra precision machining as the core object, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different precision control mode, and the future development of it is aimed at providing the necessary theoretical guidance for the follow-up process optimization and ultra precision machining equipment.
