摘要
从全国各地收集的自然发酵红曲米中分离纯化获386株红曲霉菌株;经筛选获1株高产淀粉酶的Mp-42优质菌株,根据Mp-42菌株的形态、生理生化和ITS基因序列,鉴定为紫色红曲霉(Monascus purpureus).Mp-42菌株具有高产淀粉酶、生长速度快、产孢量多等优良特性,在发酵培养基初始pH为6.0,培养温度为30℃条件下,Mp-42菌株淀粉酶酶活可达168 178U/mL.
To obtain Monascus strain which had high efficient degradation for starch,386 Monascus strains were separated and purified from the natural fermentation of red yeast rice all over the country.Strain Mp-42 which had high yield of amylase was obtained through screening.According to the morphologies,physiological and biochemical characteristics and ITS gene sequences,strain Mp-42 was identified as Monascus purpureus.Strain Mp-42 has many good qualities,such as high yield amylase,fast growth,high amount of spores.Strain Mp-42 of amylase enzyme activity is up to 168U/mL-178U/mL under the condition of the initial fermentation pH 6.0,temperature of 30 ℃.
