目的为以工业产品系列化设计为启示,为握持类工具产品系列化设计总结并归纳出一般性设计方法及主要开发策略。方法以分析不同文化背景、行业背景、使用环境下握持类工具系列化产生的特点、形成原因以及必要性为基础,通过不同案例进行归纳性的分析研究。结论通过对案例的分析总结,将握持类工具系列化的一般设计方法及主要开发策略归纳总结为生产流程分解设计法、模块化设计法、重组设计法以及要素设计法。

Inspired by industry product seriation design, it clarifies and analyzes the general design method and development strategy of handy tools. Based on the analysis of the features, formation reasons and necessities of handy tools seriation in different cultural background, industry background and usage environment, the article makes inductive analysis and research through different cases. By analyzing these cases, it summarizes the general design method and development strategy as production process decomposition design method, modularization design method, recombinant design method and factor replacement design method.
