In this article the birth and development of graphic in human history is briefly mentioned, including the process from graphic recording in the early age to graphic design, then transition to digital graphic design in this modern age. The invention of computer and digital camera lead human society to a digital era, then rapidly push the development and emerge of graphic culture from different culture around the world. Not only this article introduce the methods of emersion of graphic from Chinese and Western graphic with samples.
