摘要
文章以国内某大型国企为例,提出一种年度工作报告评价体系的构建方案,方案应用专家主观评定、比较判定法和数据统计分析法确定定量指标、定性指标和附加指标,组成一个综合评价模型,实践证明该模型在实际应用中取得报告选优和促进提升的效果。该项研究对各项工作报告评价工作具有一定的应用价值和参考意义。
In order to put forward a construction scheme of evaluation system on enterprise annual work reports,this paper makes a case study of a domestic large state-owned enterprise. The system uses the expert subjective assessment,comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method,and it is composed of quantitative indicators,qualitative indicators and additional indicators. It is proved that the system is effective on the report selection and promotion effect in practice. Therefore,the study has application value and reference significance for evaluation system on the enterprise annual work reports.
