摘要
文章结合电网基建项目的特点,以量化为基础,采用层次分析的评价方法,借助构建的数学模型和工程造价等软件,构建科学指标评价体系,对电网基建项目进行量化分析,做到评价标准规范化、评价流程层次化、评价指标数量化、评价过程实时化。
Combined with the characteristics of the grid capital construction projects,based on the quantization,by the evaluation method of level analysis,with the construction of mathematical model and the project cost software,a scientific index evaluation system is built in the paper. It can make quantitative analysis on the grid capital construction projects,to achieve the standardized evaluation criteria,the hierarchical evaluation procedure,the quantitative evaluation index and the real-time evaluation process.
