资源融合者:创业指导课教师角色新维度

摘要 在我国大学生创业指导授课过程中,教师以往的角色集中在传授知识、启发创业兴趣、创业过程指导等方面。这种教育的本质是将教师定位于学生创业的场外指导,由于学生创业具有资源或缺的必然特点,场外指导的方式使学生创业成功的比例一直不高。在大众创业、万众创新的环境要求下,创业指导课教师的角色必须重新定位,要从一个"授课者"转变为学生创业的"资源融合者",这样能够促进资源更多更长久流向创业学生,使大学创业教育取得更好的效果。 In the process of entrepreneurship guidance course teaching,in the past the teachers' role focused on imparting knowledge,inspiring the interest of starting a business,the process guidance of starting a business and so on. The essence of this kind of education is that the teachers' role is identified as the guider outside the business,since the student entrepreneurs have the inevitable characteristic of the resources lack,and the method of the guidance outside the business makes the success rate of starting a business of students low. In the environment request of public starting a business and mass innovation,the entrepreneurship guidance teachers' role must be relocated,from the ″ instructors″ to the ″ resource fusionist″ for student entrepreneurs. It can make more resources to student entrepreneurs for a long time,and then make the entrepreneurship education of university achieve better results.
