E级方程式锦标赛车是以皮筋为驱动力的比赛用车。在初步设计过程中,通过研究影响其行进的阻力和驱动力,拟定赛车的主体结构方案。然后进行优化设计:可以考虑材料的选择来确保轻量化;尽可能地规避摩擦力;外观的设计可以考虑突破常规的3D打印技术或者进行仿生和参数化设计。最后进行赛车的测试阶段,通过橡皮筋的缠绕方式做可靠性及疲劳性实验,不断地调整以达到最优性能发挥,从而设计出一款符合大赛要求同时性能优异的赛车。
