College grassroots workers are the new blood to maintain social stability and achieve the aim of long-term peace and order, as well as sustainable development. The paper, based on actual investigation date, shows and analyses their integrating into the society in Xinjiang from respects： their ideals careers、life、habits、psychology and language.
