基于短中期水文预报的三峡水库优化调度运用

Operation Optimization in Three Gorges Reservoir based on the Short and Medium Term Hydrologic Forecasting

准确、及时的水文预报是水库优化调度的基础和技术支撑,是科学化、精细化调度的保障。目前三峡水库预报范围已覆盖长江上游流域78万km2,一周以内的短中期水文预报成果准确、可靠。总结了试验蓄水期以来三峡水库基于短中期水文预报的各种优化调度实践,可为其他水库调度提供借鉴。

Accurate and timely hydrologic forecasting is the technical basis for the optimization of the reservoir opera -tion, and also the requirement of scientific and delicate operation .At present, an area of 0.78 million square kilometers in the Yangzi River basin is covered in the forecasting for the Three Gorges Reservoir .And the short and medium term hydrologic forecasting within a week is accurate and reliable .Therefore , the operation optimization practice in the Three Gorges Reservoir since the experimental impounding in 2008 based on the short and medium term hydrologic forecasting is introduced , which could be a useful reference to other reservoirs .
