摘要
清江是湖北省一条建有众多水利水电工程的河流。利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010平台的vb.net开发环境,结合Microsoft SQL Server数据库开发了清江流域洪水预报系统,介绍了系统的技术路线、基本功能、逻辑结构及清江流域洪水预报系统的具体应用。实践表明,系统具有较高的预报精度以及较高的实用性,同时具有较强的通用性和可移植性,可在全国各大中小河流推广使用。
A flood forecasting system is developed with the Microsoft Visual Studio .NET environment and the Microsoft SQL Server database for the Qingjiang River which is located in the Hubei Province and of many water conservancy pro -jects.The technology roadmap , functional modules , logic structure and practical application of this flood forecasting sys-tem are introduced .It shows that the system is of high prediction accuracy , good practicability , versatility and portabili-ty, which can be adopted in other rivers in China .
