通过厄瓜多尔科卡科多辛克雷(CCS)水电站项目采购管理实践和探索的研究,结合当前国际EPC水电站项目实施形势,充分考虑采购管理的特点及难点,着重解决在国际EPC水电站项目采购环节中存在的永久机电设备的问题,研究总结国际工程采购管理高效运作的流程和模式。

Management experience of the equipment procurement in Ecuador CCS Hydropower Project is summarized . Following an introduction of the current development situation of international EPC hydropower projects , the characteris-tics and difficulties in the procurement management are analyzed , especially the permanent electro -mechanical equip-ment procurement .An efficient procurement management flow and mode is then summarized for international projects .
