海南黎族原始制陶技艺探究

The Exploration of the Primitive Pottery Craftsmanship of Hainan Li

海南黎族的原始制陶技艺传续了距今约五千多年前的新石器时代人类早期制陶的手工艺形态,是我国的非物质文化遗产和人类陶瓷史上珍贵的史前活态遗存。从陶瓷工艺学的独特角度记录和分析了这种原始手工技艺从取土、制坯到烧成、淬火的完整工艺,进一步深化了对这项原始手工技艺的研究。

The Li people of Hainan island carried on the Neolithic pottery hand-craft since five thousand years ago and keep this primitive craftsmanship unchanged till nowadays. The primitive potter y craftsmanship of Hainan Li is not only an intangible cultural heritage of our country, but also an precious prehistoric relics which is still living in the ceramics history of mankind. This paper records and analyzes the Hainan Li original craftsmanship from the perspective of ceramic technology, includes the complete process of making an primitive pottery by Hainan Li： preparing clay, shaping blank, burning pottery and quenching pottery. This paper may further deepen the study about the Hainan Li primitive pottery craftsmanship.
