为提高大型特种车辆驾驶员岗位任职能力,保障大型武器装备远距离机动作战任务的完成,分析大型特种车辆驾驶员岗位任务和特征,构建大型特种车辆驾驶员岗位能力需求结构模块,提出加强大型特种车辆驾驶员岗位能力建设的对策。

For improving the post ability of large special vehicle driver and accomplishing the long distance military tasks of large-scale weapon and equipment, the paper analyzes the post tasks and characteristics of large special vehicle driver and establishes a post ability requirement structure model. It also puts forward some countermeasures on strengthening the con- struction of large special vehicle driver＇ s post ability.
