摘要
为了研究探讨不同踩踏角速度对电子油门踏板输出特性的影响规律,建立了一套电子油门踏板输出电压信号的测试分析系统。在油门踏板旋转轴上嵌入光电式增量编码器,使踏板和编码器可同步圆周运动,再结合驾驶员对电子油门踏板的操作习惯,对踏板进行不同角位移速度下的踩踏和收放操作,同时使用NI-PCI6221数据采集卡分别采集油门踏板输出的电压信号和角位移编码器输出的脉冲信号,再通过Lab VIEW软件对其进行数据测量与分析。从试验结果的趋势来看,对踏板的操作速度越快,踏板输出信号的线性度越差,对节气门的控制品质也就越低。
In order to study the impact of different angular velocities on output characteristics of electron accelerator pedal, the paper establishes an analysis system to test its output voltage signal. In this system, it insets incremental encoder in rota- tion axis and makes them synchronous circular motion, and treads and retracts the pedal with different angular displacement velocity according to drivers' operating habits. At the same time, it gathers the output voltage signal of accelerator pedal and pulse signal of angular displacement eneoder respectively with N[ - PCI6221 data acquisition card, and analyzes the da- ta with software LabVIEW. The result shows that the faster operating the pedal, the linearity of the output signal becoming worse, and the control quality of throttle is lower.
