作业型单人常压潜水装具(ADS)中继器的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了满足海上油气田水下设施应急维修作业需求,围绕深水水下应急维修技术发展需要,国家科技部在"十二五"期间作为国家科技重大专项立项研制了作业型单人常压潜水装具(ADS)。中继器(TMS)是作业型单人常压潜水装具(ADS)的重要组成部分,用于作业型单人常压潜水装具布放回收以及装具进/出站的装置,可以保持装具本体在水下具有良好的动作灵活性、运动平稳性和可操作控制性,它的设置对于保证ADS的安全性以及水下作业具有重要的作用。目前,作业型单人常压潜水装具(ADS)中继器已完成总装、陆上联调、压力筒试验、水池试验和海上试验。本文的主要目的就是介绍作业型单人常压潜水装具(ADS)中继器水池试验、压力筒试验和海上试验的相关情况。试验结果表明:作业型单人常压潜水装具(ADS)中继器技术状态稳定,工作安全、可靠,满足设计和使用要求。 In order to satisfy the requirement of emergency maintenance of underwater facilities for offshore oil gas field and to develop the technology of emergency maintenance in deep water, the project for developing atmospheric diving system(ADS) in China was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and it was one part of the Major National Science and Technology projects in the Twelfth Five-Year Guideline. TMS is an important component of the Atmospheric Diving System. In order to keep ADS flexible, stable and easy to operate, the TMS is set between the ADS and deck system. TMS is able to store and deploy ADS tether cable so that the ADS can decouple from the motion of the surface vessel and is able to operate at a larger radius. Now assembly, land test, open water tank test, hydrostatic test and sea trial for TMS has been completed. In this paper, open water tank test, hydrostatic test and sea trial for TMS is introduced. It is concluded that the TMS for ADS has stable technical state and reliable performance, and conforms to the requirements in both design and application.
