摘要
研究了深海球形耐压壳计算方法。分别建立了球形耐压壳薄壳和厚壳的力学模型、浮力系数求解公式以及壳单元和体单元的数值模型。分析1-6km球形耐压壳强度、稳定性、储备浮力特性,并研究网格划分形式、单元类型、密度对数值计算结果的影响。研究结果表明,采用厚壳理论、体单元数值分析进行深海球形耐压壳设计与评估更为合理。在设计时,建议先根据内表面应力公式确定耐压壳厚度,再运用厚壳屈曲理论或数值分析校核其稳定性。
Calculation method for deep sea spherical pressure hull was systematically investigated. Mechanical models for thin shell and thick shell were presented respectively. Effects of meshing, element types and density on numerical results were studied. The results show that, it is suitable to design and assess deep sea spherical pressure hulls using theory of thick shell and numerical models with solid elements. Strength is the primary influence factor in the design. It is suggested that the thickness of the pressure hull should be determined based on the inner stress equation, and then the stability of the hull could be verified by using buckling theory of thick shell and numerical method.
