摘要
采用碳酸钠焙烧—氢氧化钠浸出的方法,从含钨1.4%的碱浸钨渣中回收钨,试验研究了浸出温度、反应时间、碱浓度与液固比对钨浸出率的影响.结果表明,在浸出温度80℃,碱浓度130 g/L,反应时间45 min,液固比(指碱液与钨渣的质量比,下同)4∶1的试验条件下,钨的浸出率可达到90.5%,达到了高效浸出钨的目的.该工艺方法流程简单,操作条件温和,回收率高,具有良好的应用前景.
Soda roasting-caustic soda leaching method was used to recycle the tungsten from 1.4 % tungsten contained alkali leaching slag. The influence of leaching temperature, reaction time, alkali concentration and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of tungsten were investigated. The results show that the tungsten leaching rate can reach 90.5 % which achieves the purpose of leaching tungsten effectively, with 80 ℃ leaching temperature, 130 g/L alkali concentration, 45 min leaching time and 4:1 liquid-solid ratio. This method has a good application prospect due to its simple process, mild operation condition and high recovery rate.
