摘要
为有效回收广东某矿山低品位难选铜矿石中的金属铜,进行了细菌浸铜试验研究.在温度30℃、转速200 r/min、起始pH值1.85、矿石磨矿细度为≤0.074 mm占80%的浸出条件下,采用氧化亚铁硫杆菌GZY-1菌株培养液搅拌浸出10 d,3组不同矿浆浓度下铜的浸出率分别达到97.72%、92.42%、87.66%.试验结果表明GZY-1菌株培养液可以高效浸出该低品位难选铜矿石中的铜矿物.
In order to recover the copper effectively from the low grade refractory copper ore in a mine in Guangdong, the bacterial leaching test was carried out. Under the leaching condition of temperature of 30 degrees, rotation speed of 200 rpm, initial pH value of 1.85, and ore grinding fineness -0.074 mm accounted for 80 %, agitation leaching was applied to Thiobacillus ferrooxidans GZY-1 strain for 10 days, the copper leaching rate of the three different groups of pulp concentration reached 97.72 %, 92.42 % and 87.66 % respectively. The test results show that the GZY-1 strain can be highly effective in the leaching of copper in this low grade refractory copper ores.
