老挝帕奔金矿选矿工艺选择经济分析 被引量:1

摘要 对老挝帕奔金矿进行了尼尔森重选-重尾氰化浸出和全泥氰化浸出试验研究,并从矿山建设投资成本、生产成本两方面对2种工艺进行了经济分析.研究表明,相比于全泥氰化浸出工艺,当采用重选-重尾氰化浸出工艺时矿山建设投资增加176.63万元,金的总回收率仅提高0.17%,矿山生产年净利润增加值为-78.11万元,因此,推荐选择全泥氰化浸出工艺.分析表明,只有当金回收率可以提高1%以上时,在全泥氰化浸出前增加尼尔森重选工艺才具有经济可行性. Experiments of Knelson gravity separation-tailings cyanide leaching and all-slime cyanidation leaching were carried out in Phatem gold ore. Economic analysis on the cost of the mine construction and production of the two kinds of process were made. The research shows that compared with all-slime cyanidation leaching process, mine construction investment of the reelect-railings cyanide leaching process will increase 1.766 3 million yuan, but recovery rate of the gold will only increase 0.17 %. Value added of net profit is - 781,100 yuan. So, all-slime cyanidation leaching process is recommended. Study shows that only when the gold recovery rate can increase more than 1%, adding Knelson gravity separation process before all-slime cyanidation leaching process will be economic feasible.
