赣州稀土产业竞争力评价及提升策略

The evaluation and promotion strategy of rare earth industry competitiveness in Ganzhou

以江西赣州为代表的离子型稀土资源是世界重稀土原料的主要来源,其产业竞争力的评价与提升很大程度上关系着我国稀土产业的健康发展.通过从资源储量、资源价值、生产能力、技术水平、盈利能力等角度,对赣州稀土产业竞争力进行评价.研究表明,赣州在资源价值、生产能力、技术水平等方面在南方离子吸附型稀土产业中具有一定优势,但竞争优势具有很强的脆弱性,主要取决于资源价值.赣州稀土产业应在稀土产业链的应用环节启动整合,加快组建研发联盟,尽快形成本土价值链.

GanZhou is the main resource of ion-absorbed rare-earth mineral, and the evaluation and promotion of its industrial competitiveness is important for the rare earth industry in China. We establish a model system, from the perspective of resource reserves, resource value, production capacity, technology level, profitability, to evaluate the competitiveness of GanZhou＇s rare earth industry. The research shows that GanZhou has advantages in the aspects of resources, production capacity and technical level in south China, but the competitive advantage, which is mainly determined by the value of resources, is weak. GanZhou rare earth industry should start integrations in the processing, accelerate the formation of R ＆ D alliances and local value chain.
