摘要 对普通阻燃聚酯切片进行干燥增黏,得到低含水率的高黏度聚酯阻燃切片,再通过优化纺丝工艺,生产制备得到阻燃涤纶工业丝。利用差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、极限氧指数仪和纤维强伸仪等对样品的熔点、热焓、阻燃性、热稳定性和力学性能进行分析测试,结果表明:干燥增黏的切片在挤出温度284-305℃、拉伸定形温度90-230℃、卷绕速度2 700-2 900 m/min的工艺条件下纺丝,得到质量稳定的阻燃涤纶工业丝,其断裂强度为6.52 c N/dtex,断裂伸长率为17.1%,极限氧指数为31.5%。该产品的断裂强度高、断裂伸长率低、力学性能稳定并具备优良的阻燃特性。 The normal flame retardant polyester chips were employed to prepare the high viscosity polyester chips, then the polyester industrial fibers were obtained through the optimized technological parameters. The melting point, enthalpy, flame retardaney, thermal stability and mechanical properties were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analyzer, limit oxygen index and fiber strength measure- ment. The results showed that the stable quality industrial flame retardant polyester fibers were produced when the extrusion temperature 284-305 ℃, drawing and setting temperature 90-230 ℃, winding speed 2 700-2 900 m/min, after tackifying technology (the der the optimized parameters.
