Treatment Based on Regulating Essence for Proteinuria in Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见慢性并发症之一,随病情进展可出现持续蛋白尿。蛋白尿不仅是糖尿病肾病的突出特征和诊断条件,也是影响糖尿病肾病进展的重要因素。本文试从精的角度,通过对补肾益精、挽精泻浊、助脾散精等调精之法的论述,为糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的中医治疗提供新的思路。

Diabetic Nephropathy was one of the commonly chronic complications of diabetes. As progression of it, persistent proteinuria appears which was not only the typical feature and diagnostic element, but also a key factor of the disease progression. Western medicine did well in controlling blood sugar, while poorly in proteinuria as well as disease progression. Protein is an importment component of human body, part of nutrient substance. It discussed the method of regulating essence which contained tonifying kidney and replenishing essence, retaining the essence and dispelling the turbid, strengthening spleen and distributing of nutrient substance, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of proteinuria in DN （diabetic nephropathy）.
