Design and Implementation of Real Time Information Management System of Public Transportation Company

公共交通领域正在不断的发展,公交运营公司需要为他们的乘客提供更优质的服务。为了实现这个目标,他们必须为乘客提供安全、合理的信息服务,以提升和扩展服务。这些改进对公交公司是昂贵的,可能会影响公司的可持续发展。设计了一种智能交通系统(ITS),它可以为客运系统(RTPI)提供监控和管理工具来提升管理的水平。SITREPA系统包括硬件和软件,可以采集公交的信息并为公共交通大环境中不同的需求提供相应的信息服务,具有低复杂性和较低的成本,足以满足大多数中小型公交公司的需求。经过测试,该系统可以成为乘客的一个重要工具并可以提升公共交通的服务质量。

With the development of public transport field, bus operators need to provide better service to their passengers. In order to achieve this goal, safe and reasonable information services must be provided for the passengers to improve and extend the service. These improvements are too expensive to the public transportation company so that it maybe effects the sustainable development of the company. This paper designs an intelligent transportation system(ITS), which can provide monitoring and management tools to improve the management level of passenger transport system(RTPI). The SITREPA system includes hardware and software, which can collect the information of the bus and provide the corresponding information service for the different needs of the public transport environment. This system with low complexity and low cost is enough to meet the needs of most of the medium and small bus companies. After testing, the system can become an important tool for passengers and can improve the quality of public transport services.
